CircumVictory Trail Run

Victory, United States • 1 Nov 2025

Event details

The CircumBurke trail race takes place on November 1 at Victory Hill Trail Club, 2872 Victory Hill Rd, Victory, VT. The event is a roughly 18-mile trail run on a loop around Victory Hill. All event proceeds will be re-invested in trail maintenance on Victory Hill. Registration closes on October 30 and there will be no onsite registration on October 31 or the morning of the event.

Course and logistics

The course is primarily singletrack with some road and cart trail, and includes approximately 1,800 ft of elevation gain. There are a few short steep rocky sections that require mountain running skills. The trail run shares most of the course with concurrent MTB races; mountain trail runners start 5 to 10 minutes after the MTB fields, and the MTB races use separate final steep technical 1.5-mile descents. Food stops with snacks are located at about every 6 miles; a taco truck will sell meals onsite (meals not included in entry fee). Athletic Brewing non-alcoholic beer will be available; one sponsor will not be serving beer on site. Merchandise such as Victory Hill clothing and beer glasses will be offered to donors supporting trail maintenance. Top three male and female finishers will receive merchandise prizes. Timing is chipless hand timing by volunteers; posted times are unofficial. Leashed dogs are allowed on site but should not be brought onto the trails. Volunteers are needed for marshaling, registration, and parking; volunteers receive T-shirts and lunch. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
