Frozen Phoenix - Day 1 takes place on Monday 29 December 2025 at Xcel SPORTS HUB Stadium, Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 2JG. Format and course details

The event uses an out-and-back lap of 5.3 km (3.28 miles) along a canal and riverside towpath by the River Thames. Runners may complete as many laps as they wish within the event framework, including a marathon-specific option. The minimum recorded distance is 3.28 miles or the distance completed within a 7-hour time limit. The overall course has no elevation gain or loss and is therefore flat. Finishers receive a bespoke finishers' medal produced with a rainbow plating metal effect.
