Chauncey's 4 at The Farm is a 4-mile trail run held at St James Farm in Warrenville, Illinois. It is the first event of the 2026 Dick Pond Athletics Darn Tough Trail Race Series. The race is also referred to as the 4 Mile Trail Stampede.

Course Details

The course is a single loop of approximately 4.1 miles. It features wide limestone and grass/wooded trail pathways over gently rolling terrain. The course includes uneven ground, partially exposed roots and rocks, and other natural conditions. There is one water station near the 2.3-mile mark.

Registration and Fees

Participants can register for this single event or for the entire four-event trail series. Registration for the single event has multiple price tiers: Early Registration (until January 31), Standard Registration (February 1 to April 5), and Race Week Registration (April 6 to April 11). A discounted Series Registration is available for all four events.

Participant Information

Registered participants receive a long-sleeve hoodie. Shirt size is guaranteed only for registrations completed by March 30. Awards are given to the overall male and female champions, as well as to the first and second place finishers in multiple age groups. A raffle is held with automatic entry for all participants.

Logistics
