Carshalton Street O : event overview

This event is the third in a series of eight Winter Street O events organised by MVOC. The series runs between September and April at venues within the Mole Valley area. The venue for this event is The Hope pub, 48 West St, Carshalton SM5 2PR, with start, finish and post-race food and refreshments located in the pub's outside area. Maps are at 1:10,000 scale and created from OpenStreetMap. Online entries close at 4pm on the day of the event. If the event is cancelled, refunds will be made after deduction of unavoidable club expenses.

Race format and logistics

All courses are score courses. The map shows a number of controls and competitors visit as many controls as they can within the time limit. Points are awarded for controls visited; a time penalty of 1 point per 2 seconds late is applied. The shorter course score is adjusted and appears in the main results.
