Cape Cod Trail Race : Frances A. Crane Wildlife Management Area

The Cape Cod Trail Race is an all-trail running event held at the Frances A. Crane Wildlife Management Area in East Falmouth, Massachusetts, on May 3, 2026. The event is organized by the Falmouth Running Club and supports the Natural Heritage & Endangered Species Fund and the Massachusetts Outdoor Heritage Foundation.

Participants choose among three distance options that follow the same looped course. Each distance consists of repeated laps of the marked route.

  • 20K - two laps around the course
  • 30K - three laps around the course

A 5K trail run and a 1/4 mile kids fun run at Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary in Edgartown, MA, with scenic trails and birdlife. Proceeds benefit the sanctuary's wildlife protection, education, and conservation programs.
