Cape 5K and 10K : Cordova, TN
The Cape 5K and 10K are trail races held on the Tour de Wolf Trails, starting and finishing at the Tour de Wolf Pavilion in Cordova, TN. This event is the first race of the Cobra Den Trail Series.
The courses run on dirt and grassy trails with some gravel road. Trails are mostly single track and generally flat with a few hills. The 10K route passes through a dog park area where dogs might be off leash. Trails are open to the public, so mountain bikers, walkers, and other trail users may be present.

The race is chip timed and participants should wear their bib on the front. This is a cupless event; runners must bring their own cup or bottle. The 5K has one water station at the halfway point; the 10K passes that station twice. No food will be available at water stations; food is provided only at the finish area.
Facilities include porta potties at the start and a nearby bathroom with running water. Road shoes are acceptable if trails are dry. Packet pickup details are to be determined.
The events are open to ages five and above with a parent or guardian signature; a companion is recommended for ages five to ten. Awards include top three male and female finishers, age group awards, medals for all finishers, and one Cobra Den Series T-shirt per runner across the series. There are no refunds or roll-over credits. The race director may postpone or cancel the event due to weather.
Shelby Farms Park encompasses the trails used for the series and includes extensive trail mileage, lakes, and park features. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
