Event Overview
This is the second annual Bruynswick Winery Run for UCSPCA, a cross-country run. The event benefits the Ulster County SPCA animal shelter. It is hosted by the Shawangunk Runners with support from the Kiernan Farm/Bruynswick Winery.
Event Details
The main event is a 6k (3.8-mile) cross-country run. The race location is at 1308 Bruynswick Road in Gardiner, New York, at the foot of the Shawangunk Ridge.
Awards are given for the top three finishers in all standard 10-year age groups, as well as overall awards.
Additional Activities
There will be free children's dashes for the youngest participants. The Ulster County SPCA will be present for a meet and greet with some shelter animals. The event will feature music. Wine and beer will be available for purchase; no outside alcohol is permitted.
