BRRC Cross Country Series

The BRRC Cross Country Series runs from September 6 to October 24, 2026, in Spokane, Washington. The series comprises four cross country races held at established local venues: Audubon Park, Qualchan Bluff (trails overlooking Qualchan Golf Course), 7-Mile Airpark, and Mead High School. Events are conducted off paved surfaces and include turf, grass, dirt, trails, and a cross-country back road.

Races in the series offer the following distances:

  • 5K
  • 12K

The series includes a Running Club (Team) Challenge. Participants who register for a team will score for their club at each race; scoring uses the top three finishers from each club and the club with the lowest combined time wins that race. After all four races, a trophy is awarded to the overall winning team and trophies are also given for second, third, and fourth place teams.

Registration opens April 27, 2026. The stated registration fee for each race is $20. A $5 discount per race applies when a participant registers for all four events; this discount does not apply if registering for fewer events or registering on race day.
