This trail run takes place on the edge of Brampton in Cumbria. It is a 7 km route on a single lap.

The Route

The course is an undulating trail that is mostly off-road. The terrain is mixed and can be muddy, so trail shoes are recommended. It is not suitable for wheelchairs. The route offers scenic views.

Event Information

The event has an entry limit of 250 participants. It is licensed by the Trail Running Association and held under UK Athletics rules. Participants must be aged 16 or older on race day.

All finishers receive a bespoke medal. Free event photographs are available for download afterward.

Facilities

On-site facilities include water stations, toilets, and a baggage store. The Lakeland Mobile Coffee van will be present, selling hot and cold drinks and cakes. There are no distance markers, changing facilities, or showers.
