Course and on-site facilities

The course is a one-mile loop on a Southern California fruit and nut farm composed entirely of hardpacked dirt; there is no gravel, asphalt, or sidewalk on the loop. Aid and parking are close to the course, with no point on course farther than half a mile from aid or a car. Free camping is available on the course; participants may bring tents, RVs, or trailers, and tent rentals are offered during registration. The venue provides a power station for charging devices. Real food is available throughout the event, with smoothies served during daytime and hot drinks at night; a microwave is available. A two day trail and gravel event at Diamond Valley Lake near Hemet offering distances from a 1 mile kids run to a 26.2 mile trail marathon, plus stroller, youth and multi lap gravel rides around the lake.
