BougeBouge Frederic-Back

The BougeBouge Frederic-Back event takes place at Frédéric-Back Park in Montreal. It offers several trail running distances: 1 km, 2 km, 5 km, 10 km, and 21.1 km. Start times are staggered throughout the morning.

Registration is available until the Thursday before the event. Bib pickup occurs on event day from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A colleague can pick up bibs for a group. A souvenir medal is offered to finishers, to be collected with the bib. A variable finisher's prize (cap, toque, bandana, key chain, t-shirt) is also given.

Only one water refill station is available on the course. Disposable cups are not provided; participants must bring their own bottle. Energy gels are available. Timing is managed by Sportstats. Results are categorized by age group.

Indoor public restrooms in the chalet and portable toilets outdoors are provided. No checkroom is available. The organization works with the Quebec Athletics Federation and all courses are certified as trail runs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
