Entry, race equipment and regulations

Series entry costs are stated as £44 for seniors and £14 for juniors. Seniors who hold valid Scottish Athletics or England Athletics membership can apply a £14 discount to reduce the senior series cost to £30 by adding a membership number on the entry form. Each runner receives a unique bib with an NFC chip affixed to the back; the chip is intended for use at all seven races and will be posted to entrants before the first race. Entrants should keep contact details up to date for posting of race packs.

Participants and spectators must follow a published code of conduct that covers respectful behaviour, avoidance of abusive language and harassment, and appropriate social media use. All participants are required to adhere to the UK Athletics anti-doping rules. Noncompliance may lead to exclusion from remaining legs of the series and loss of accumulated points. Age categories for older senior competitors use five-year bands from M35 (35-39) through to M80 (80-84). Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
