Boos & Brews 5K (Rochester) is scheduled for October 16, 2026 in Mendon, NY at 1369 Pittsford Mendon Rd. The event includes an in-person 5K on the Lehigh Valley Trail and a virtual 5K option. Costumes are optional and a costume contest will be held alongside awards for Overall Winners and Age Group Winners. The event partners with David's Refuge (Rochester) to raise funds for respite, resources and support for parents and guardians of children with special needs or life-threatening medical conditions. A post-race party will be held at the Cottage Hotel Restaurant.

Logistics

Packet pickup will be available on race day and a pre-race packet pickup will be offered at the Town of Webster Parks and Rec Building (1350 Chiyoda Dr, Webster). Parking is available at Charles E. Sexton Park (North Ponds Park), on the adjacent grass field by the gazebo and disc golf course, and on Orchard St. at the north end of the trail, which involves an approximate 1/2 mile walk to the start line.
