Registration, packet pickup and volunteering

Packet pickup is available on race day. 5k and 12k registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash are untimed; 1 Mile registration includes a bib, shirt, and medal. The Kids Dash registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a kids' medal; a child may participate without the swag at no charge on race day. Volunteer roles include course monitor, finish line photographer, and lead bike. Volunteers receive a free future race entry or may choose a $20 gift card; they may also receive a shirt if extras remain.

Awards and policies

The 5k and 12k have age group awards, overall male and female awards, and masters (40+) awards. Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards. Bodies Race Company maintains a no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather and will cancel only if the venue requires cancellation or if ice hazards exist.
