Course, registration and logistics

The course is a trail run on property managed in partnership with Alden Pines Country Club. The Alden Pines cart path is reported as less than 50% intact following Hurricane Ian; the surface includes bumps, ruts and some inclines. Participant medals will be provided and post-race refreshments are planned. Parking and race staging are at Alden Pines Clubhouse, 14261 Clubhouse Drive, Bokeelia, FL 33922. Packet pickup and registration are scheduled the Thursday before the race at Century 21 on Pine Island, 10191 Stringfellow Road, St James City. Race day registration is available via a participant’s cellular device and may depend on local signal strength. Proceeds benefit the Kiwanis Club of Greater Pine Island and children’s programs at the Calusa Heritage Trail. The refund policy states registration fees become donations if the event is cancelled due to weather and cannot be rescheduled or if a registrant cannot attend.
