Course and logistics

The course includes approximately one mile of the Calusa Heritage Trail operated by the Florida Museum's Randell Research Center. That section is hard packed gravel and may have bumps or mud depending on weather. The route also includes climbing steps to the top of the Randell mound and descending the other side; the remainder is along neighborhood streets. Parking and race staging are at Alden Pines Clubhouse, 14261 Clubhouse Drive, Bokeelia, FL 33922. Packet pick up and registration are scheduled for Thursday, January 29, from 5 pm to 7 pm at Century 21 on Pine Island, 10191 Stringfellow Rd, St James City, FL.
