The course runs around Boconnoc Estate and includes unmade paths, woodland trails and some road sections. Boconnoc Estate has a long history dating back to the Domesday Book and underwent a large refurbishment in the early 2000s. The estate now hosts weddings, film productions and other events. Results from previous years (including 2024 and 2025) are published and a photo gallery from past races is available. The 2025 event listed Parkes and Pearn as sponsor.
