Boconnoc 5 Mile

The Boconnoc 5 Mile takes place on 6 May 2026 at Boconnoc Estate, Lostwithiel, Cornwall. The course runs around the estate and uses a mix of unmade paths, woodland and road.

The event was restarted by East Cornwall Harriers in 2024 and is part of the Cornwall Road Running and Racing Group Multi Terrain Race Series for 2026. Race headquarters will be in the estate courtyard and registration will take place there.

Entries open on 27 December 2025 and close on 30 April 2026. The minimum age for entry is 18 or older. Entry fees are listed as £18 for ARC / UKA affiliated runners and £20 for non affiliated runners. Entries recorded so far total 267 participants. The final date for editing or transferring entries is 2 May 2026.
