Blue Mountain Bash - Trail 5K

The Blue Mountain Bash Trail 5K is scheduled for June 27, 2026, in Pomeroy, Washington. The race takes place in the Blue Mountains within the Umatilla National Forest. The course is an out-and-back on the North-South Trail, starting at the Boundary Trailhead and turning around at Rose Springs SnoPark. The trail is described as wide and rolling. The event is the culminating race for the SoleKids, Pomeroy spring 2026 season. Shirts and medals will be provided to all finishers. Awards will be presented to the overall top three male and female finishers and to the top three male and female SoleKids runners.

Logistics

A shuttle service from Pomeroy to the race area will be provided by the local transportation authority; the shuttle runs from Pomeroy High School parking lot and will drop participants at Boundary Campground. The shuttle is included with registration. Vault toilets are available at Boundary Campground and Rose Springs SnoPark. An aid station with water and snacks will be located at the turnaround point at Rose Springs SnoPark. Registration closes on June 26; to guarantee a race shirt, registration should be completed by June 12. Organizers note that assistance is available for participants with financial hardship, with requests required by June 26. A coupon code for SoleKids participants will be provided on June 10.
