Blue Mountain Bash is a trail 5K held on June 27, 2026, near Pomeroy, Washington, in the Blue Mountains within the Umatilla National Forest. The second annual race is an out-and-back course that starts at the Boundary Trailhead and follows the North-South Trail to the turnaround at Rose Springs SnoPark. The North-South Trail is described as a wide, rolling trail. The event also serves as the culminating race for the SoleKids, Pomeroy spring season.

Logistics and services

A shuttle from the Pomeroy High School parking lot to the Boundary Campground is included with registration; there are two outbound shuttles and two return trips. Vault toilets are available near the start/finish, at Boundary Campground, and at Rose Springs SnoPark. An aid station with water and snacks will be located at the turnaround. All finishers receive shirts and medals; to guarantee a shirt, register by June 12. Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and the top three male and female SoleKids runners. Organizers offer assistance for participants facing financial hardship; requests must be made by June 26. Entry is free for SoleKids, Pomeroy runners and a coupon code will be provided on June 10.
