Blenheim 7k

The event takes place on 17 May 2026 at the World Heritage site Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire. It is a multi-race day held on the palace grounds and surrounding trails.

The main route is a 7k course listed as 7.4k that passes the palace and crosses the Grand Bridge. The 7k includes an off-road lakeside section; the course is undulating and may be demanding in places. The day also includes separate options for participants with dogs, for people pushing buggies or using wheelchairs, and a short run for children under 15.

Distances:

  • 7k (7.4k): scenic route around palace, includes lakeside off-road section.
  • 7k with dog: separate race for runners with dogs; leads and harnesses required.
  • 4 miles: avoids lakeside off-road section for buggies and wheelchairs.
  • 1 mile: fun run for under 15s.

The organisers advise that the 4-mile route is made to be suitable for wheelchairs and buggies but can still be challenging for wheelchair users; assistance may be brought. The 1-mile junior race starts before the other events finish so parents can watch their children and still take part in the main race.
