Black Annie Trail Race (November 16, 2025)

The Black Annie Trail Race takes place at Scales Lake Trails, 800 W. Tennyson Rd., Boonville, IN. Each lap of the course is now approximately 3.35 miles with an elevation gain of about 274 ft; the course was changed after a washout from heavy rains. Park entry requires a $3 fee; after entering the park follow signs to the swimming area on the left. The event is presented as a trail run/walk and organizers recommend trail shoes because some hills could be slick, though trail shoes are not required.
