Gingerbread Lane 5K & 10K - Oklahoma City

Gingerbread Lane is a holiday themed running event held at Stars & Stripes Park in Oklahoma City. The event offers in-person and virtual options and provides a holiday race shirt and a finishers medal to all participants.

Distances offered include:

• Kids Dash - 50 meters for children 10 and under.
• 1 Mile - untimed one mile event.
• 5K - 3.11 miles, chip timed.
• 10K - 6.22 miles, chip timed.
• Volunteer then Run 5K - limited to first 20 participants; includes chip timing, shirt, and medal.
• Virtual Run - 6.22 miles completed offsite.

Post-race refreshments include holiday cookies and milk. A DJ will play holiday music at the event. A holiday costume contest awards a grand prize of two free entries to a future Bigfoot race, a trophy, and a holiday treats bucket.

The 5K and 10K include overall trophies for male and female winners, masters recognition for age 40 and over, and standard age group awards with top three pins or medals across youth and adult categories through 70 and older. Aid stations are provided on course for water and basic assistance. Course surfaces may include paved trails, crushed granite, and occasional dirt paths.
