Long course runners are required to carry mandatory kit. Short course runners must wear kit appropriate for the terrain and conditions. The finish area is at the Thornbridge Brewery Tap Room where beer and Bakewell pudding are provided. The event is held under UK Athletics rules and is licenced by the Trail Running Association.
