Be Courageous: What's Your Natural High 5K
The event is a 5K Run/Walk held at Camp Courageous in Monticello, Iowa on June 13, 2026. The course follows the park trail system and is described as scenic and challenging. Event parking is located across the road from Durgin Pavillion.

Additional packet pickup opportunities are scheduled for Friday, June 12 at the Anamosa Chamber, 203 E Main St, with sessions in the morning and evening. Awards will be presented in the following categories: Overall Male and Female, 19 and Under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, and 50 and over.
