Battle Run Benefiting A Soldier’s Child Foundation

The Battle Run takes place on May 2, 2026 at Henry Horton State Park in Lewisburg, TN. The event is the ninth annual edition and donates all profits to A Soldier’s Child Foundation in support of their 2026 camps. The event will honor those who have served and those currently serving.

Courses offered include:

  • Crucible - 26.2 miles, multi-lap including the O-course.
  • Battle Axe - 13.1 miles on trail.
  • Anvil - 3.1 miles on trail.
  • Gauntlet - 3+ miles with 20+ obstacles.
  • Anvil & Gauntlet Combo
  • Dax's Kid Gauntlet for ages 4 to 12, with start opportunities every half hour from 8:00 to 11:00 and unlimited runs allowed with a single registration.

Participants receive a t-shirt, a custom dog-tag, and a plate lunch at the finish line. Plate lunches will also be available to non-participants for a donation to A Soldier’s Child Foundation. Run through the night on a 3-mile forest loop at Henry Horton State Park. Choose from 3, 6, 12, or 24 hour timed events under the stars. It's a grassroots race where every step supports a nonprofit providing school supplies for kids.

A Last Runner Standing Backyard Ultra on a 4.1666667 mile loop in Bell Buckle TN, held October 3, 2026. Entry is limited to the first 75 registrants with a wait list available.

A Halloween night trail run near Franklin, Tennessee, built around a 1.1 mile haunted loop with trick or treat stations each lap and themed tasks. Costumes may be required, no pets are allowed and entry fees are non refundable.
