Limited parking is available at the pub; a lay-by on the A66 is suggested for additional parking.

Take on the classic Wansfell fell race in Ambleside on 27 December 2025, a scenic out and back to the rocky summit. Expect steep stone steps, open fell running and a warm finish at Force Cafe, with pre entry and mandatory kit required.
