Ansonia Six Hour Trail Run

The event is a six hour trail run staged by Live Loud Running at the Ansonia Nature Center in Ansonia, Connecticut on June 13, 2026. The course is run counterclockwise on repeated loops of about 1.9 miles, contained within the nature center on moderately technical singletrack.

Each loop has approximately 170 feet of elevation gain. The running surface and loop format mean participants will complete multiple laps within the six hour timeframe. Mid-June weather may include heat, humidity, sun, or heavy rain.

The event limits entry to 69 runners. The rules restrict outside assistance: no crews, no pacers, and no bandits. Registration closes on June 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Runners who register by May 29 receive a screen printed shirt and additional swag; awards are provided by Ragged Cuts and portable restrooms will be available. The organizer notes there are no refunds, rollovers, deferrals, or credits.

The description emphasizes trail running on short loops with repeated elevation change and a small field size, all taking place within the Ansonia Nature Center. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
