The Ancient Oaks 100-Mile Endurance Run takes place in the Enchanted Forest Nature Sanctuary in Titusville, Florida on Saturday-Sunday, December 20-21, 2025. Course and format

The race is run as 29 loops of a 3.46-mile loop for a total of 100.34 miles. Runners are given a 32-hour time limit to complete the distance. The loop uses trails within the park and is marked. Surface features include a small section of asphalt, sand and grass two-track, rolling wood-chip trail, a short concrete path, twisty rooty single-track, two boardwalk sections, a short bridge, a sharp 15-foot hill, and areas of loose sand.
