The event features a loop-based format where participants navigate a 3.2 km circuit through scenic forest terrain. Runners can participate in several distance categories:

  • 50 km solo: Consists of a 1.6 km starter loop followed by 15 full loops, with approximately 780 m of elevation gain.
  • 100 km solo: Requires the completion of 31 loops, totaling roughly 1540 m of elevation gain.
  • 100 km relay: A team option for up to five participants who share the 31-loop distance.

For safety, mandatory kit requirements include a waterproof and windproof jacket for all runners, and a head torch with spare batteries for those participating in the 100 km categories.

Professional medical crews and a sweep runner are present on the course throughout the duration of the event. All participants receive a finisher medal, a race shirt, and a goodie bag.
