Aiden's Adventure 5k takes place on June 6, 2026, at Fountain Creek Regional Park in Colorado Springs, Colorado (2010 Duckwood Road, 80817). The event includes in-person and virtual options and donates all proceeds to Care and Share of Southern Colorado and Catamount Institute. Registration for several event options opens March 1, 2026.

Course and logistics

The 5k follows a flat dirt trail on a down-and-back course with the flexibility to turn around at any point. Strollers are allowed on the trails. Dogs are permitted on site and there is a small dog park at the location. This is run as a fun run with no timing devices provided. Parking is limited and organizers request carpooling; participants park on the east side of the park while vendors, food trucks, and volunteers park on the west side. The event features carnival games, rock painting, an individual butterfly release, and the kids dash registration includes a t-shirt and a treasure box.
