Course, activities and logistics

The 5k runs on a flat dirt trail and is a down-and-back course with the option to turn around at any point. Strollers and dogs are allowed; a small dog park is also at the location. This event is organized as a fun run with no timing devices provided.

Additional on-site activities include rock painting, a butterfly release, carnival games, vendors, and food trucks. The kids 1-mile dash is for children 11 and under and includes a t-shirt and a treasure box with registration. Parking is limited and must be in designated spots; vendors and volunteers have separate parking from participants.
