Adventure Fest at 18 Road takes place May 9-10, 2026 at the North Fruita Desert Trailhead in Fruita, CO. The weekend includes camping at the start/finish area and packet pick-up on Friday evening at the Fruita Community Center. Registration closes May 7. Merchandise will be available at packet pick-up; riding apparel must be ordered before March 20 for pickup on race day. Campsite fee at the start/finish is $50.

The festival also features additional bike events (including a Zippity MTB race and a duo relay), a women’s gravel clinic, a group gravel ride and guided canyoneering trips open to ages 8 and up. Kids’ events include a balance bike race for very young children and a beginner mountain bike race for ages 4-8. There are awards and an evening community program at the campground. Entry fees vary by event and registration date; entry is non-refundable and nontransferable. Refunds are issued as credits 30 days or more before the event (85% credit of the registration fee, excluding platform fees); less than 30 days prior, no refunds or credit are given. Experience fast, flowing singletrack on the Zippity Do Da Trail in Fruita, Colorado at the Kessel Run Ultra on November 8, 2025. Choose from multiple distances and enjoy views of the San Juan Mountains and Colorado National Monument.

The Desert Rats Trail Running Festival will take place in Fruita from Friday 10 April 2026 to Sunday 12 April 2026. You can run between 9 and 100 kilometers.

The Pilgrimage is a 150 hour ultra in Colorado's high desert where runners repeat five off road routes about 55 miles per circuit. Only 45 spots and crewed or uncrewed divisions share a single home base with basic support.
