The Across the Cynllaith Hillwalk is a scenic walking and running event held in Trefonen, near the Shropshire-Mid Wales border. Participants can choose between two routes: a 10-mile circular walk and a more challenging 16-mile figure-of-eight route, both starting and finishing at Trefonen Village Hall.
