Yaberoo Trail Twilight Ultra : event summary
Yaberoo Trail Twilight Ultra is a trail running event on the Yaberoo Budjara Heritage Trail in Joondalup, Western Australia, held on Saturday 13 February 2027. The event uses the Burns Beach Road start/finish area at the intersection of Blue Mountain Drive and runs north along the coastal limestone corridor historically used by the Whadjuk peoples.

There are three manned aid stations on course that provide water, Tailwind, coke, lollies, crisps and fresh fruit. The event is single-use plastic free and participants are asked to carry a collapsible cup or other vessel for drinks. Specific aid station locations are given for Hester Avenue, Rheinhold Place and the Start/Finish, with multiple marks listed for longer distances.
Cut off for all distances is 12:00 AM midnight. Entry periods opened on Monday 24 February 2026 and close on Sunday 7 February 2027 unless sold out. Refunds, transfers and rollovers are permitted subject to the Race Manual terms. There are age restrictions for certain distances: 18 years minimum for the 50 km, 10 years minimum for 25 km and 15 km, and 6 years minimum for 10 km and 5 km.
Mandatory equipment requirements vary by distance and include a headlamp and a keep-cup or soft flask for all participants, plus a mobile phone, headlamp and 500 ml of water for 15 km, 25 km and 50 km runners. Parking is directed to Windermere Oval and surrounding verges with specific prohibitions on Burns Beach Road and on footpaths or driveways.
