Wallygrunta - Perth Trail Series
Wallygrunta is a trail running event held at Walyunga Pool Carpark in Walyunga National Park, Bullsbrook, WA on 3 January 2027. The event offers colour-coded course options with measured distance ranges and age requirements for children.
Event features at the start/finish village include a DJ, food trucks, and space for spectators to use BBQs. Bib pickup occurs on race day at the Start/Finish. Organisers send an Event Brief by email the Wednesday prior to the event.
Course options and typical distance ranges:
- Green Course: 4-6 km on remote trail
- Blue Course: 9-12 km on remote trail
- Black Course: 12-16 km on remote trail

Children’s minimum age and participation guidance:
- Green Course minimum age 6; children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Blue Course minimum age 12; first-time blue entrants must be accompanied and must have completed three Green Course events.
- Black Course minimum age 16; entrants must have completed three Blue Course events and be accompanied for their first Black Course.
