Wade Mountain Marathon

Registration closes on October 15, 2026. Published entry fees range from USD 83.56 to USD 113.78. All race entries include a hooded sweatshirt, a finisher medal, and a post-race meal. Packet pickup is available Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the RunningLane store at 2407 Memorial Parkway SW Suite 1 in Huntsville from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, with a late packet pickup option on race morning.
This is presented as North Alabama's only trail marathon. The event is cupless: runners must carry a handheld bottle, pack, or reusable cup; a reusable cup is available for purchase at checkout for USD 5. Cutoffs are specified: an 8 hour cutoff for the marathon with a midway checkpoint at 14.8 miles, and a 6 hour cutoff for the half marathon. The organizers expect the race to proceed rain or shine but note the Land Trust may require delays, course changes, or cancellation if trail sustainability is at risk.
