Viper 100 at Shelby Farms Park, Memphis, TN
The Viper 100 is a multi-distance ultramarathon event held during the race weekend of March 19–20, 2027 at Shelby Farms Park in Memphis, Tennessee. The event offers the following distances:
- 100 Miler
- 107K (66.8 miles)
- 53K
- 25K (approximately 15.5 miles)
The core course is a 33.4-mile loop that combines paved greenways and winding dirt trails through lakes, forests, and open parkland. All distances finish at the Hyde Lake Pavilion. The route passes scenic park areas where runners may encounter local wildlife, including deer and distant buffalo.
There are four manned aid stations per loop: Bridge Aid Station (Miles 7.4 and 14.4; no crew access), Refuge Aid Station (Mile 10.8; crew access), Tour de Wolf (TDW) Aid Station (Miles 20.8 and 27.0; crew access and drop bags), and Hyde Lake Pavilion (Mile 33.4; race headquarters, crew access, drop bags, and a sleep station with cots, pillows, and blankets). Parking is located at the TDW Pavilion aid station area; runners will pass that location twice each loop.
Pacers are allowed only for the 100 Miler and 107K after completing one full 33.4-mile loop. Pacers must follow event rules, sign a waiver, and may not carry supplies for their runner outside of fully manned aid stations. Drop bag and crew access policies apply only at designated aid stations.
Packet pickup is scheduled at the Hyde Lake Pavilion on Thursday, March 18 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and reopens at 9:00 AM on Friday until race start. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
