Mamba 100 - Memphis, TN
The Mamba 100 is a multi-distance trail event held November 6–7, 2026 at the Wolf River Refuge Trailhead in Memphis, Tennessee, organized by Mamba Trail Runners. Race distances offered are:
- 100 Miler: ~100 miles, 7 loops plus 2 mile start section
- 100K: ~62 miles, 4 loops plus 6 mile start section
- 50K: ~31 miles, 2 loops plus 3 mile start section
- 25K: ~15.5 miles, 1 loop plus 1.5 mile start section
The course centers on a 14-mile singletrack loop described as flat, fast, and smooth with a few small hills. Each distance begins with a short lead-in segment before entering the loop system. Two primary aid stations support the loop: Bridge Aid Station and the Start/Finish Aid Station, with aid available roughly every 4–5 miles.
Aid stations provide Tailwind, water, sports drink, standard ultra nutrition, and a range of hot and cold food options; overnight hot items are served at the Start/Finish Aid Station. Packet pickup is at the Wolf River Refuge Trailhead on the day before the races. The venue is near Germantown Parkway and local landmarks for easy access.
Race policies include no refunds and no bib transfers, a defined deferral credit schedule, age minimums per distance, pacer rules permitting pacers for the 100 mile and 100K, and standard ultra race conduct requirements.
