Twisted Ankle Trail Race
The Twisted Ankle Trail Race takes place on September 12, 2026 in Summerville, GA at Sloppy Floyd State Park (2800 Sloppy Floyd Lake Road). The 2026 event marks the 20th running of the Becky's Bluff course and the 20th year of donating all proceeds to the park. For 2026 only, a Double The Fun 20 mile option is offered that includes two trips up Becky's Bluff.

- 20 miles Double The Fun with two trips up Becky's Bluff
- Half marathon route reaching Becky's Bluff and a short section on the Pinhoti Trail
- 10 mile course reaching Becky's Bluff and surrounding trails
- 5K about 3.1 miles for those new to trail running
The courses use wide trails and some single track and lead toward Marble Mine. Runners on the 10 mile, half marathon and 20 mile options follow trail sections that top Becky's Bluff and include a short segment on the Pinhoti Trail. The terrain includes rocks and roots.
