About the race
TITAN Obstacle Course Run WEST COAST #2 is an obstacle course running event held at Kleine Hopefield in Hopefield, Western Cape. The event uses trail terrain with a sequence of man-made obstacles placed along the route. Participants may enter as solo competitors or as teams; team entries can include 2 to 100 participants and bulk-entry options are available for groups.
There are two entry categories, both covering a 5 km course:
- 5 km Elite category with mandatory obstacles and timing; failure to complete an obstacle can lead to disqualification from ranking.
- 5 km Fun category without compulsory obstacles and without timing; participants in this category receive a custom Titan medal on completion.
The event package for entrants includes access to the obstacle course, a unique bib number, and a custom Titan medal for Fun finishers. Facilities at Kleine Hopefield listed for attendees include a restaurant, bar, live entertainment, a place to hose off mud after the run, and a key-drop box available at attendees' own risk.
