TITAN Obstacle Course Run Stellenbosch #2
TITAN Obstacle Course Run is an outdoor obstacle course racing event held at Cape Joy, The Purple Windmill, Klapmuts in the Western Cape. The format combines trail running with constructed obstacles spread along the route.
Distances offered include:
- Sprint: 5 km with obstacles
- Savage: 10 km with obstacles
Two entry levels are available. Elite entrants are timed and must complete all obstacles to avoid disqualification; this Elite category serves as the Western Cape Obstacle Course Racing provincial race. The Fun category is non competitive, does not use timing, and makes obstacle completion optional. A Titan medal is provided for Fun entrants.
Event support and onsite facilities include medical support, marshalling, live entertainment, food vendors and a bar, a mud hose off area, a secure key box used at the participant's risk, and storage available for an additional fee.
Team entries are supported for selected classes with teams ranging from 2 to 100 participants. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult throughout the course.
