Run The Vines 2026 #10 at Slanghoek Cellar
This event is the tenth race in the Run The Vines 2026 series, held at Slanghoek Cellar in the Breede River Valley, Western Cape. The cellar sits about 800 m above sea level in the Slanghoek Valley and is surrounded by the Slanghoek Mountains. The venue is an active wine-producing cellar known for red, white, sparkling, dessert wines and port and uses modern cellar equipment.
Routes run across working farms, so advertised distances may vary slightly. Route profiles are published nearer the event. Timing is provided by BoutTime and participants must collect a timing tag at registration; a permanent tag can be purchased for R100. Waterpoints are provided but runners are advised to be self-sufficient for hydration. Food is not supplied at waterpoints; vendors and farm facilities are available after racing. Medals are awarded to all finishers. There is a R50 late entry fee and unpaid entries are removed after three days.

- Kids 3 km U/8: Free
All children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent. The 3 km accompanying-child option is intended for adults running with small children; individual adults should enter the 5 km distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
