Tick Tock Ultra
Tick Tock Ultra is a timed lake-lap event at Lake Hollingsworth in Lakeland, FL. Competitors run repeated 2.84 mile laps on a paved walkway that circles the lake. The event offers multiple timed formats and keeps cumulative lap totals for each entrant or team.
Distances and formats:
- 12 hour individual
- 6 hour individual
- 12 hour five-person relay
The relay format allows teams of three to five members with one team member on course at a time. Relay entries are limited to 20 teams. The overall event entry is capped at 200 participants.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in both the 6 hour and 12 hour races. Master awards are presented to the next over-40 male and female finishers. Runners or relay teams completing at least ten laps receive finisher awards. Top relay teams receive overall relay awards and members of first and second place relay teams receive trophies.
