Ragnar Trail Florida
Ragnar Trail Florida is a team trail relay held December 4 and 5, 2026 at Alafia River State Park in Lithia, Florida, about 30 minutes outside Tampa. The event runs across loops at the park and includes a central Ragnar Village for participants.
The course totals 126.4 miles with 15.8 miles per runner on average. Total elevation gain is 5,248 feet, or about 656 feet per runner. The route sits near sea level with little elevation gain and passes through shaded forests, areas of giant ferns, and equestrian trails with views of Florida sun and tranquil forests.
Team formats and published prices for the event include a Standard Team at $1,645 for eight runners over two days and one night, an Ultra Team at $925 for four runners over two days and one night, and a Sprint Team at $400 for three runners for one day. Each team package lists items such as partner samples, a captain gift, team medals, and team finisher shirts.
Ragnar Village provides on-site camping options and glamping, an unofficial holiday theme in December, a bonus Thursday night, and amenities described for the weekend such as a band on Thursday night, bonfire and s'mores, music, yoga, food trucks, partner prize giveaways, and village games.
