The Yeti Snakebite
The Yeti Snakebite is a trail running event held on August 28, 2027, in Lithia Springs, GA at Sweetwater State Park. The event distance is 50K and it uses a multi-loop course that crosses a river, goes through woods, and includes hilly terrain. The race is scheduled in August and attendees can expect warm summer conditions.
The format places an 8.88 hour clock on the course; participants run as far as they can within that time. The organizer states there are no DNFs and no cutoffs for the event. The course is designed as multiple loops so runners do laps rather than a single point-to-point route. The event notes that crews and pacers are not required.
Chip timing and live tracking are provided by ZEN ARCADE TIMING, with features that include precise timing, real-time tracking, and live lap counting with splits. Registration pricing is listed at $88.80 including registration fees. The event is organized by Yeti Trail Runners.
The description focuses on course format, timing services, and basic logistical details provided by the organizer. It does not list start or finish times. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
