Yeti 7/11 Hour Endurance Run : Lithia Springs, GA
The Yeti 7/11 Hour Endurance Run is an annual trail event organized by Yeti Trail Runners at Sweetwater Creek State Park group shelter, 1750 Mt Vernon Rd, Lithia Springs, Georgia. The event is presented as the 10th annual running of the Yeti 7/11 Endurance Run.
Runners complete repeated laps of a roughly 4 mile loop that includes single track and double track sections, rolling hills, a carriage road, a hidden lake, a ridgeline with views reached by a jeep road, falls, and historic sites. The course is marked with clear ribbon markings and a GPX file is available for navigation.
Timed results are provided by Zen Arcade Timing using chip timing, with real time tracking, live lap counting and splits, and on-course displays.
An on-course aid station is stocked with convenience store style items including hot dogs, pixie sticks, honey buns, crackers, water and electrolyte drinks. Participants may bring a personal cooler to accommodate special dietary needs.
