Woldsman 30

Woldsman 30 is a 32 miles route starting and finishing at Driffield Showground that runs across the Yorkshire Wolds. The route must be completed within 12 hours. The event is organised by LDWA - East Yorkshire and is based at Driffield Showground, Driffield, East Yorkshire, YO25 9DN.

Entries open and close on set dates, with an entry fee of £22 and a minimum age of 18. Basic camping is available from Friday to Sunday at a cost of £5 per person. Free car parking is provided at the showground and participants should follow marshals' directions for parking.

Checkpoints are provided along the route and offer food and drink; vegetarian options will be catered for but other special diets are not guaranteed. Retirements must be made at checkpoints only. Early starts are not permitted.

Minimum required kit includes an Ordnance Survey Explorer map (294, 295 or 300) and compass, waterproofs, a first aid kit and survival bag, a drinking mug, and extra warm clothing. A full route description and a GPX file will be made available approximately one week before the event. Because some of the route crosses private land, entrants must not recce the full route before the event day.

Withdrawals before 13 March 2027 will be refunded minus an administration fee; after that date the entry fee will be forfeited. No transfer or deferral of entries is permitted.
