About the race
The Ultra Loop Track Edition is a timed track running event held at Woodbank Park Athletics Track in Stockport, Greater Manchester, UK. Participants run repeated laps of the 400 m track and aim to complete as many full laps as possible within a chosen time limit. Every finisher receives a recorded time and a medal.
Participants may enter as an individual or as part of a team of up to four runners. Team entries run in relay style, with only one team member on the track at any time. Results are recorded as laps completed, total distance and elapsed time; any laps not finished before the event cut-off are not included in final results.

Entry fees are stated as £30 to £85. After entry, participants receive a confirmation email and an event guide; race bibs are collected at event registration on the day. Runners aged 12 to 15 must have a parent or guardian contact the organisers and attend the event with them; under 12s are not permitted.
The venue provides an indoor building with bag drop, toilets, changing facilities and showers, plus an aid station supplying water, fruit, savoury and sweet snacks, energy bars and electrolytes. Participants are asked to bring their own bottle; cups are not provided. Twenty four hour runners may pitch a tent inside the track perimeter.
