ON A PLOD 2 MCR - Salford
On A Plod is a five hour, backyard style running event held in Salford Quays. The event is based around a fast, flat 3 km loop that follows riverside paths and scenic stretches through the Quays. Every lap starts and finishes at the race hub located at Steel Foundry, keeping runners close to the music and event area.
Participants can run a single lap or complete as many laps as they choose during the five hour window. The format uses bib timing and live leaderboards with live tracking to record laps and positions as the event progresses.
