The First Hour, part of the Happy Hour Series
The event takes place on May 14, 2027 in Brighton, ON at Goodrich Loomis Conservation Area. It is organized by Dirty Soles. The race is listed as 8K, and the course length may vary between 6 and 8 km depending on trail conditions.
The route runs on trails and includes hills, rocks, roots, and mossy log bridges. Some sections can be slippery and require caution.
There are no aid stations on course. Water will be available at the start and finish. This is a cupless event so participants should bring their own water bottles. Goodrich Loomis has a porta potty near the parking area; there are no other facilities on course.
Online registration closes May 11, 2027. Day of registration is offered for $40 per organizer information. Timing is manual and there are no placement awards for this event.
There are no refunds. Registrations may be deferred to other Happy Hour events if a participant cannot attend. Individual races do not include medals or awards, but participants who complete all three Happy Hour races will receive a custom Dirty Soles medal and a prize at the final race.
