Dedham Run
The Dedham Run takes place in Dedham, Essex on 13 September 2026. The event comprises three organised races and supports Dedham Primary School, continuing a community fundraising effort that has been running for over 30 years.
The event includes the following race options:
- 10K road race
- 10K trail run (new for 2026)
- 3K fun run
The 10K road race is UKA affiliated and is held under UK Athletics rules. A route map shows the intended course and indicates two water stations at approximate positions. The 10K road race starts opposite Parsons Field and the 3K fun run starts from the same location shortly after.
On race day, runners must collect their race number and timing chip from outside the Cricket Pavilion on The Duchy Field (CO7 6AH). Parking is not available at The Duchy Field; the organiser provides directions and alternative parking information. BBQ, refreshments and entertainment will be available on the playing field throughout the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
