Chip timing, eco-friendly medals and water stations are provided. Free event parking is available in a topped field next to the Hunny Bell pub; the field is uneven farmland.

Distances offered:

There is post-event catering at Hunworth Village Hall including bacon rolls, snacks, cakes and hot drinks. Finishers can purchase a sports T-shirt in sizes S, M, L, XL for £18; T shirts must be ordered before 12 February and will be posted on 19 February. All funds raised go to Break, a charity supporting young people in care. Free charity entries are available for participants who commit to a minimum sponsorship of £50. A special team rate applies for six or more runners.

Entry rules include a minimum age of 8 years, under 12s may only enter the 4 km route and must be accompanied by an adult, and age is taken on the date of the race. Results are published in age and gender categories with medals for top finishers. Dogs are not permitted on the course and must be kept on a short lead if brought to the event. Toilets are in the village hall and at the start finish; a baggage drop is available but not manned. Entries are non refundable; transfers to another participant are allowed until midnight on 13/02/2027. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
