Spring Blickling Half Marathon
The event is a half marathon that starts and finishes in front of Blickling Hall. The next scheduled race is on Sunday 14 March 2027. The route is multi terrain, combining road, adopted road and hard wearing tracks; some sections may be uneven and narrow. The event follows UK Athletics guidelines but is not affiliated with UK Athletics.
Entries include chip timing and a bespoke race medal. Race entry price is listed as £TBC plus a booking fee and includes parking. Race numbers can be posted for £1.20 extra or collected on the morning; postage is free for charity entries. Chip timing is provided by Total Race Timing. The minimum age for entrants is 17 years and the course has a four hour cut off.
Optional official race T-shirts are available as an add on for £15. T-shirts are made of breathable technical fabric, offered in unisex sizes XS to XXXXL, and are available for collection on race day. Facilities at the event include toilets, event parking and a bag drop in the start area with limited space. Donuts and cookies are provided at the finish. Marshals and first aiders will be present around the course. Only bone conducting headphones are permitted.
Charity entries require a minimum of £150 fundraising via an official page for an entry fee refund; choosing a charity entry permits the organiser to share contact details with that charity. Transfer and cancellation policies allow place transfers before the transfer deadline, and entries are non refundable. If the race is postponed entries move to the new date or can be transferred or completed virtually; if cancelled entries are deferred to next year or a refund can be requested before a set deadline.
